This web-site is dedicated to, what I consider the greatest sport in the world. The reason I feel it is the greatest sport is due in part to the fact that it is not a team effort or a sport that is limited by a game-clock. The glory of winning in other sports is what they are all about (and the money). Bodybuilding is the basement sport that gets minimal credit due to its less entertaining nature. The thing that makes it so great is that it emphasizes only one person, you. It is you against yourself. The glory is in the satisfaction of what you get out of it. You will only get out of it what you put into it. This is why only a few people out of many can do it and do it right. This in itself makes it a sport of the elite. No other experience on Earth can give you the satisfaction of changing your body and taking it to a new level.
Bodybuilding is good for both the body and the mind (when done correctly). A strong body does help to produce a strong and attentive mind. Confidence and a positive outlook on life are two side effects to bodybuilding. I feel that most people need this kind of experience in their lives. Unfortunately most people do not value a healthy balance in their lives. They also do not see the benefits (especially immediately). This is very discouraging. Therefore it is important to not only bring forth the idea and discipline of bodybuilding, but also the important knowledge that goes along with it.
In the different sections of my web-page , I will address issues, information, truths, myths, and methods pertaining to the world of bodybuilding. I will have pictures, bios, and other neat stuff on the legends and greats in the sport. I truly believe that education and shared knowledge is meant to be free. This is why I will enjoy making and expanding this page. I also greatly appreciate input from anybody. My philosophy is "once a teacher, your still always a student."
