My Virtual Photo Album

This is my other album, which is where I plan to put lots more pictures of people, pets, places, things...you name it!

All I have now are pictures of one of my dogs. As you might expect by now, this will take a little while to load. Enjoy!

This is my dog- Tigger - when he was a pup. So adorable!

Tigger (yes, the obsession with Pooh continues) is not even his given name. He was named Ginger by my Father, because we traditionally named or pets after drinks. Lets see, there was Pepsi, Sprite, Chaser and Whiskey all of whom have passed away. But then who ever heard of a male dog named Ginger??

Sprite was a fluffy tan Belgian Shepherd and was Tigger's father. Pepsi was a beautiful black and tan German Shepherd and was Tigger's mother. As you can see, as a pup, and when he was younger, Tigger was completely white from head to paw.

This is my dog now - he weighs 99 pounds!

Here's a more recent picture of Tigger. I don't remember exactly when he was born, but he is about 5 or 6 'human' years old. He has gotten darker as he ages, he is more of a tan colour now than white. But still very cute. :-)

My only problem with the dog is that he is very playful. Why's that a problem you ask? Because the dog is BIG AND HEAVY. Its one thing to pat him on the nose, but when he jumps on you, or steps on your foot, at almost 100 pounds -OUCH!

Bad as that is, he's a good dog. He doesn't dig up the yard (unlike my new puppy - Cocoa, I don't have her picture yet.) and he's a good watch dog.

It goes without saying that I love him to bits and spoil him rotten. ;-)
