Always more changes in my life and in this web site.
As work progressed on my BIG genealogy project I saw that it was going to be bigger than space available to me on Angelfire! My best answer to that problem was to find another service to supplement this site.
I did find that other site and was pleasently surprised to find they give me more space and more flexibility in setting it up.
I have no intention of leaving Angelfire right now or in the near future. I will be providing easy links to to pass from one site to the other. My email address has not changed.
And the new address IS much easier to remember! http://wrhine.anvdesign.net
Of course the easy answer is to bookmark the address and it doesn't really matter how big it gets!
I have posted some small projects over there already.

Happy New Year
My Christmas message and online card was posted on 13 DEC 98. Since the season has past I have now buried the pages. I couldn't quite bring myself to remove the pages altogether.
If you missed the pages there is still a chance to see them here.
I have been contacted by a few people outside of the immediate family. Commenting about the pages.

That large and exciting genealogy project I am working on. (See note from 19 Oct) I am still working on it and hope to post my efforts before the end of this next year!

I added a FAQ, a Privacy Policy, and a copyright statement
Way too much work has been put into this site. I just want it plain that the information contained within is not public domain to be lifted in part or whole.
I am working on a large and exciting genealogy project I hope to finish and post before the end of the year.

What a busy weekend!

I touched every page on this web site (35).
Some pages I just added the new 'email & go home' tag.
Some pages will look the same but I reworked the code to make it load faster. I can tell the difference, but of course I know what I did.
I am particularly pleased with the Morgan page.
Some pages are completely new.
Did some work on a large family tree project. I have 65 pages started & counting. This is just 2 of the 4 lines I intend to document. I will probably post a couple main pages in 1-2 weeks and the rest as soon as I can.

Saturday night the family went to Cain Park (a local open air theater) to see John McCutcheon perform.
He started the solo show @ 7:40pm. What a fabulous show he put on. Songs, stories, entertainment. WOW!
We now have a new verse for the song "Good Night Irene". It was so funny we were in tears. If anyone is interested I will post the verses later.
He played several instruments, starting with the Banjo for the first song. He than switch to the 6 string guitar after breaking a string on the banjo. Other instruments he played include the 12 string guitar, autoharp, piano, hammered dulcimer, fiddle (violin) & hambone as well as singing. All the instruments were played very expertly. He gave us 2 encores! And stayed after the show to sign autographs and talk to us (and any one else).
We finally left the theatre at about 11:00.
Very highly recomended.

This is the 4th time Amy and I have seen John live & the second time for the kids. And will make it 5 times at the next opportunity.

This past July we had a cookout & ate outside in the backyard. We heard a racket in the garage, thought it was just the neighborhood cat playing around. Later that evening after the kids had cleaned up & went to the pool for a swim, I closed the garage door. The door stuck about 1-2 feet from closing all the way. I couldn't see what was under the door blocking it. I looked up and saw a tail and hind legs sticking out. I had trapped a racoon! Poor thing the legs were pumping trying to get free. Being the kind spirit that I am, do I lift the door and free the animal? After all, what a way to wake up.

Nooooo, I yell out "Hey, Amy look at this. Amy. Amy, look out the window!" Yes, Amy did see the racoon just before it free itself. She assured me that this story is too fantastic. Only that Amy saw it herself does she believe me.

The next day when I closed the garage door It was covered with muddy racoon paw prints. The kids are convinced the racoon left the mess in revenge for trapping it.

I had some anagrams made up from my name "Wayne Rhine" (see The Anagram Genius Server ). Some of the better ones are:

In anywhere.

Hey! a winner.

Yawn in here.

Hey! wine ran.

Why! an Irene

this last one is too good to be true

The program also gave me the 10 longest words it could make up. Three I identify with most as I work on this page are: haywire, winner & yawner

I just logged onto the web page and entered the names/ words I wanted anagrams for. left it my email address and an hour later I had the answers. What fun! :-}

Let me know what you get
