of the performance. From that performance I created a "still" shot of
me and Sting, superimposed with Santa hats & used this as my Christmas
card for the last two years. On Sting's, I'd written "To Sting &
Family. Wishing you all the best blah blah blah etc."
Anyway, recently my brother went to the effort of getting another picture of Sting & I autographed by him. I guess eventually the request got to Sting, and he sent the autographed picture back, saying "Hi Ross" signed Sting.
HERE IS THE REALLY COOL PART! He also sent back the Christmas card of us with the Santa hats. This means he has had it "All This Time." In other words he put two and two together, and sent that along, with arrows pointing to me and him saying "Sting", "Ross" respectively. He kept it! HE KEPT IT!!!! I know it was the original one because of the writing I did on the card. . I can't help but love the idea that he kept this picture on his fridge, (or whatever) for the past 3 months. I sent him an enlarged one the previous Christmas so I hope he got that too, and kept it.
