People with excellent taste in Friends!

...because they chose to befriend me! That's me on the left, Taavi Burns in the middle, and beside him Meaghan Fowlie, Taavi I met in September of '98 when I joined Kokopelli, and Meaghan I've known since the beginning of Grade 11. Both are extraordinary friendly, amazingly intelligent people who've greatly enriched my life, and I'm so glad to know them both. Tavvi's got a homepage you should check out, and Meaghan, well... doesn't. I'll keep you posted.

This is My little sister, Heidi - first and closest friend of all. She's currently in Australia residing with my Mum, and Stepdad, but plans to move back to Canada at the end of the year. Can't wait.

Tina I've known since I was six days old. I'd have known her sooner, but she wasn't born until almost a week after I was. She now goes by Christina, and has for several years now, but old habits die hard, and if anyone has the exclusive right to call her Tina, it's me.

A group shot of the crowd I lovingly refer to as my Vic friends. Taken in the back yard of My friend Andrew Roth on Canada Day, (July 1st for non-Canadians) in '98. people of particular note: #7, 8, 9 & 10 from left on the top row are Steve Hislop-Perraton, to his lower right, his fiancee, Jen Chipman, Andrew Roth, and beside him in the white hat, Heather Smith. Below Heather, in the white T-shirt with the folded arms, is Robin Harle, and last but Certainly not least, is Darrell Winwood, in the very front. (oh, and that's me to Darrell's upper left.)

Here are all My dear Kokonuts. Having been resized, the resolution is not a great As I would have liked... I'd list names, but there are close to fifty of us here! This is on the front steps of Sacred Heart Church, where we sometimes rehearse and perform. People of particular note here: Dave Mah Ming doing his GQ pose at the top in front of the doors, to his right, sprawled across the railing is Taavi Burns. Under him, is CD Saint - in the blue shirt, supporting Taavi's upper body. Tucked in the middle, beside the other prone person in the group, is Julie Ingraham. (Look for the blonde hair). Near the bottom left, under Scott Huisman, making a face is Meaghan Fowlie. If you look over to the right again and find a girl who looks like she's choking,in a sort of coloury-dress thingy, (I know they have a name, but it escapes me. Call it a male thing...) then You'll have found Meghan McMaster, and above her in a grey T-shirt, is Lisel Burns. She's a gymnast. Which impresses the hell out of me. Of course I love all My Koko's and I do hope you'll forgive me, if you're not listed, I said I wouldn't list everyone...
This is my best friend Sheldon. I've known him for twelve years, and meeting him was possibly the single most fortunate thing that's ever happened to me. He's currently on his mission in ...Hartford,Conneticut. Go Shel.

Darrell Winwood. Met him in grade 11 my first year at Vic, when he was in my biology class, and the rest is history (except it was actually biology.) wonderful guy, a loyal companion, and a true friend.

Tahsa Novick is one of those people I still can't believe talks to me, she's so brilliantly eloquent in everything she says, it makes me feel ignorant and awes me at the same time, I'm just hoping that at some point I can make it onto her "Loved Ones" page... the space reserved for her most treasured friends.

This is Brie Kondro. She works at a soap store (read: cushy job)and has a car which at any given time - is not working. she, like myself is doomed to reside in "Millwoods, (The Great Suburban Abyss)" and we spend time together when we're not working to be able to afford to move out.

I first met Marlena in Grade Twelve, when she was in the Cast for the School's production of "Merchant of Venice", and I was Crew. (Same year this picture was taken.) Then we became friends when we ended up in the same Psych Class last year.

Jen Chipman is the kind of person who you love to hang around because you always suspect that they're not quite part of the mainstream. Despite her protestations that she wants the whole house in suburbia with a 9-5 job and 2.3 kids, etc. I personally think she's incapapble of anything but the unusual, And she's got great insight. I just wish I talked to her more.

Heather was mostly just a face among the people I used to play cards with during lunch, I actually talked to her, at the same party where I met Brookie, and we became fast friends. not surpriseing though, Heather is a blast and absolutley impossible not to like.

Andrew is just Damn funny. This guy is great with a lightning fast, (and slightly warped) wit. Check out his homepage. He comes up with great lines on the spur of the moment. Of course, He's a great friend, too. Another infrequently seen friend. Damn. I need to start calling some people!

Robin has been Studying at McGill University Back East since we graduated, and We usually get together when she's home for holidays, and stuff. I don't recall exactly when or how I met her, but I'm sure glad I did.

This is Scott Huisman. The photo's a bit fuzzy because he shrunk it from a portrait size rather than just scanning a wallet size, but that wasn't my department. Anyway, that makes it difficult to discern just what a good lookin' guy he is. And, of course no matter how good a picture is, you can't tell what a great guy he is from visual only, so, unless you know him, you'll have to take my word on that. (you trust your El Presidente, yes?)

Angie Healy and Meaghan Fowlie on the couch at the Kokopelli Christmas Party.
Nobody looks good in the morning, as proven by this photo taken around the breakfast table at the Burns Household the morning after the Christmas party.
This is me, Jill Leggarden, Dianh Helgeson and CD Saint at the Kokopelli Retreat at Camp Nakamun. Dinah came up for the 2nd year to workshop with Kokopelli and is tons of fun to work with.
After Kokopelli's Celtic Christmas concert I took the opportunity for a photo with conductor and friend Scott Leithead.
I think this was taken shortly before I left For Australia in '97, in the Tucker Ampitheatre, Top floor of the Citadel Theatre, with my friends Jen Chipman (seen formerly) and her Fiancee, (Boyfriend at the time of the photo), Steve Hislop-Perraton. Of course, that's me in the middle.
This is a shot of Tasha and Jesse Novick whcih I actually ripped off of Tasha's homepage. Tasha is so damn cool. I want to be her. She's inspiring and entertaning to be around, and always fun. Jesse is a computer wizard, which is good because my dad and I are not. He's also the biggest baddest base in Kokopelli, James Earl Jones now has some stiff competition.
This is Dave Mah Ming, god of all that is within the realm of computers. he's responsible for the Kokopelli web page which you MUST check out. I ripped this photo off his page, sorry it's so damn big, but I couldn't seem to do anything about it.
Gaia Willis and Tahsa Novic are pictured here, looking scary... fear them.
This is Merrin... She's exceptionally cool, and has recently acquired her own home page.... you can find a link on my links page... when asked to describe herself in one word, she said "what?".
This is a picture of a friend I recently made; Nicole (with her little sister) what a cute pair huh? Nicole's got a cool home page and is an awesome poet, you can go see her page and read some of her stuff from my links page. Her page's called Darkflight's Den.

with luck, I'll have some more decent pictures on here soon, because I have Many friends who all deserve some space here. It all depends on availabilty and access to scanners and photos. Oh, and apologies to those with black and white photos, I used the year book. as soon as you guys can deliver better Photos to me, Or e-mail them, I'll fix 'em.

I'm gonna go now.
