And now you can enter Sweet Apple Farms... ******************************************************************************* ______________________________________________________________________________ Pleasure Barn 10 stalls of my pleasure riding horses. Some are open to boarders when there are lame horses. One tack room. ______________________________________________________________________________ Boarding Barn 26 stalls of open boarding. For horses and people of any discipline. $5 per day. Feed, care, water, and other necesary horse care, is $5 more per day. Full board ($10 a day) has 2 complimentary lessons for your discipline. Open and Welcomes everyone! Four tack rooms. ______________________________________________________________________________ Show Barn 36 stalls of my best show horses and racers. This space is usually not full, so some end stalls are for show stalls when the Boarding Barn is full. This barn is connected to my hardwood tack room, office, and has 3 indoor wash racks with flourescent lights, open to boarders. Five tack rooms. ______________________________________________________________________________ Temps/Fairgrounds Used for shows, sales, and temporary boarders. There are stalls for $5 a day. Not open for long term boarding. There are booths. You may rent stalls and booths and run your own shows. About 300 setups. (including stalls & booths) Stalls for tack. ______________________________________________________________________________ Tack Rooms There are tack rooms listed in each barn. They all (except temps) have mounted cameras and alarm systems. Your tack is safe here! ______________________________________________________________________________ Pastures These paddocks are divided in many different fields. The acres are combined. 100 acres of: 10 acres: Temporary turnout 10 acres: SAF's studs 10 acres: SAF's mares 10 acres: SAF's in foal mares 10 acres: SAF's mares and foals 10 acres: SAF's pleasure horses 20 acres: SAF's show horses 20 acres: Boarders ______________________________________________________________________________ Our Horse Feed We have 60 acres of our own growing hay. Our grain is very nutritous. We sell feed to all, but feed can be included in board. ______________________________________________________________________________ Rings Each discipline has one indoor arena. We have acres divided for each discipline: 6 acres: Racing, gravel and grass rings. 4 acres: English hunter/jumper rings. Hunt field and jumpers included. 5 acres: Western. Barrel racing and other rings included. 5 acres: Dressage arenas. 4 acres: Fields and ponds for anyone. 6 acres: Trail riding. ______________________________________________________________________________ Trainers We have trainers for these disciplines: Dressage Hunter/Jumper Hunter Jumper Western Eventing Email me if I missed your discipline! Rodeos not permitted. Lessons available. These are high level trainers. We supply great horses for this! We have many many schooling horses, including some who are SIMSaved from retirement foundations at young ages! 6 acres: Trail riding. ______________________________________________________________________________ Employees SAF always has open positions. Here is a listing of jobs, and some people who fill in these jobs. There is a variety! Read them and scroll down after them for more information. Barn workers: For each barn. I need at least three for each. Feeding/Cleaning, etc. Trainers: For each discipline. I need a beginner trainer and advanced for each. Vet: Curently Mobash12. She is to serve all. Farrier: One or two. Each employe has own office. One swimming, one garden pond, and one horse pond. We have hills, dips, and ditches to help riding skills. Including trails in our back woods, we have 6 acres of trails. ______________________________________________________________________________ SIMBanking We have a bank, on farm grounds.
