Ranfac Imperial Irrigating Syringe

I purchased this item with other medical related equipment a while back and the unit offered appears to be in new physical condition with no damage observed. It is in the original box and parts are wrapped in paper. One was opened for the pictures above. As with all items I sell, this unit is being sold "as is".
