I purchased this unit with other medical related equipment a while back and the item offered appears to be in good physical condition. When powered up, the unit appeared to function properly and all functions worked when tested. As with all items I sell, this unit is being sold "as is".

The unit offered is a Beltone model 120, s/n 11G3213
Has controls for MASKING NOISE / TONE MODE / Hz / dB
Tests 125/250/500/750/1000/1500/2000/3000/4000/6000/8000 Hz
Knob for dB adjustment from -10 to 110 dB
Masking adjustment from -10 to 100

No operators manual is included.
This unit is in good physical condition. It may have some tape/sticker residue, ID markings, and may have dust from storage. I don't know much about these, but if you have a question, e-mail me.
