Greetings!! The Tri-State Bigfoot Study Group originally began as the Eastern Ohio Bigfoot Study Group way back on July 12, 1985. The first meeting was hosted by Don Keating of Newcomerstown, Ohio and a then resident of Weston, W.Va. named Richard. (He doesn't want his full name used, sorry.)
Since that first meeting, over 7,000 people have attended the over 200 meetings, all of which have taken place in Newcomerstown or at Salt Fork State Park lodge. What follows an e-mail address you may send your questions, comments or speaker suggestions to.
Here is the list of scheduled meetings for the year 2009 for the Tri-State Bigfoot Study Group. NOTE... Meetings are scheduled the same year they are to take place, there are no firm months year after year other than March and the Annual Bigfoot Conference, either in late April or May, and you should check back regularly for updates.
MEETINGS WILL NOW BEGIN @ 7 P.M.
Chairman Don Keating will give a capsulized presentation on alleged Bigfoot sightings or track discoveries over the years that have taken place during or near deer hunting season in Ohio. He will also give an update of reported sightings in Ohio that have surfaced since the October meeting.
Additional information may be obtained by contacting Don Keating.
