Talked to a night fisherman the night of the meeting that claimed his friend named Bob M. who lives on State Route 60 had a possible encounter with a Bigfoot on the backside of Woodbury Wildlife on Route 541. It happened approximately 2 weeks ago while night fishing.
The story goes as follows - He parked at the gate on 541 to night fish at the pond just inside the gate to the left (we've hiked in through the area and it eventually leads to the film site). He went over the gate and started walking down the lane when he heard some serious rustling to his right. A few seconds later, a very large dark form crossed the trail less than 30 feet in front of him and crashed into the briars on the left and scurried on two feet down the embankment towards the pond he was planning to fish. He said it made lots of noise when it moved and was moving away at an alarming pace. His best guess was that whatever it was, it was at least 7 1/2 feet tall, dark in color from head to toe, and most definitely on two feet the whole time. The only animal he thought it might be was Bigfoot. He mentioned that he has fished the pond many times over the years and has never seen or heard anything unusual until that night. He also mentioned that a few years ago he saw a flyer on the gated pole that was offering a reward for information about Bigfoot. At that time he thought it was crazy. After that night, his mind has changed.... He plans not to night fish in that area anymore unless he's is with another person. The sighting took place in Coshocton County on June 23rd, 2001.
