Trish came to the WWF in early 2000. She took struggling singles wrestlers Albert and Test and put them in a tag team that she named T & A. She led them to a WrestleMania 2000 victory over Al Snow and Steve Blackman. They went up against the Dudley Boyz next, and Bubba Ray was obsessed with putting her through a table. Trish was able to escape each time by flirting with Bubba, and led her team to victory over the Dudleys at Backlash. However, she was finally powerbombed through a table by Bubba after the match. She stepped into the ring at Fully Loaded, teaming with T & A against the Hardy Boyz and Lita, and she was pinned by Lita. In the fall, T & A had to deal with Crash Holly and Steve Blackman. Trish gave them the edge against Crash and Blackman, until Holly's cousin Molly interjected herself. Trish and T & A lost a six person tag at Survivor Series to them. Frustrated that their team was going nowhere, Trish and Albert turned on Test in the winter, but then went their separate ways.
Owner Vince McMahon started cozying up to Trish, taking her to parties and buying her gifts, which infuriated his daughter Stephanie. Trish went up against Stephanie at No Way Out, with William Regal in someone's corner. A confused Regal helped Stephanie win the match, but Mr. McMahon was infuriated and made a Vince/Trish vs. Regal/Stephanie match for the next night. Vince got tagged in with Stephanie, but instead of fighting her he threw Trish into the ring and helped Stephanie humiliate her by dumping human waste on her. Trish begged Vince to be back in his good graces, and after some humiliating stunts he allowed her to come back. He had her wheel in his estranged wife Linda, who was being sedated, at WrestleMania for his match against his son Shane. Trish purposefully stopped giving Linda her drugs and then turned on Mr. McMahon during the match, slapping him and attacking Stephanie. This allowed Linda to get out of her wheelchair and cost Vince the match. When the WWF started to be invaded by the superstars of WCW and ECW, Stratus united with her old rival Lita against WCW's Stacy Keibler and Torrie Wilson. At Invasion, they met in a tag team bra and panties match, with Lita and Trish being victorious. Trish started concentrating on the Women's Title, and won the belt in a six pack challenge at Survivor Series agaisnt Lita, Jazz, Molly, Jacqueline and Ivory.
She successfully defended the title against Jazz at Royal Rumble 2002, but was beaten by Jazz for the belt a few weeks later. She went up against Jazz and Lita in a Triple Threat Match at WrestleMania, but once again was defeated. In April, the WWF split its roster and Trish was drafted to Ric Flair's Raw brand. She was brutally attacked by Molly Holly after a bikini match with Terri, and lost to her a week later with interference from Jazz. Trish won the Women's Title back from Jazz a few weeks later, and successfully defended it against Stacy Keibler at Judgment Day. She lost the belt to Molly Holly at King of the Ring 2002. She chased Molly for a number of months and finally won the title back in September. However, she was attacked by Victoria, who seemed to have something against Stratus from when they were fitness models. Victoria won the title from Trish at Survivor Series.
Trish finally got her shot at WrestleMania XIX, and won the title in a Triple Threat Match from Victoria and Jazz. She lost the title to Jazz one month later. She came close to winning it again, this time in a battle royal, but newcomer Gail Kim walked away with the belt. Trish teamed with Kim briefly, but after losing the Women's Title, Gail betrayed her and sided with the woman who beat her for the title, Molly Holly. Molly revealed their alliance's purpose was to end Trish's career. They came close in a handicap match in September, but Lita made her return and saved the day.
