If your sister is larger/smarter/stronger than you, mindgames are the perfect way to annoy her. Just simply repeat phrases over and over again until she loses her mind, or use more creative methods. Hide in her cupboard as she is reading at night and jump out at her. Late at night, tap on her windows from outside, like a burglar (works every time), or just copy every word she says. Unfortunately you might get hit by her when her nerves crack, but I think you'll agree that it was worth it, Besides you can always run crying to your parents, and your sister will be a loony and in trouble.
