Violence is the most efficient method of harming your sister, but also may prove dangerous. However, it can prove useful in some situations. For example, say your idiotic sister has stolen somthing from your room, like a clock (yes, sisters really do steal stupid things like clocks)and you want it back. This is the perfect situation for a bit of "sister smashing". Simply bombard her with small, but painful on impact objects, or just hit her repeatedly in the stomach until she gives in. Then when an adult gets angry just say "she was provoking me, its her fault" or somthing of the like and you should get away with it. However if your stupid sister hasn't done somthing that warrants a hit on the noggin', it may not be a good idea to use violence. For when your sister runs to your parents and tells on you, it could result in a grounding or worse. It is also reccomended that you don't use violence against older or stronger siblings, as you might end up the one who gets hurt. Instead use Mindgames
