Thanks to the efforts of Joy Russell, this house has been identified
by Bonnie Pace as the Bill Brashears house which sat on the north
side of the highway at the junction of Highways 16 and 23 - at a
place known as Brashears Switch or Junction. The ladies in the picture
are Arminta Brashears Gentry, my grandma, and Emily Tennessee Bivens
Gentry Brashears, my g-grandma.
Thanks to Fanny Cornett of Oklahoma, a former St. Paul resident,
this building was the old Glendale Hotel.
