Divorce Decree of L. M. Brashears and Joanna Baker Brashears

December Term, Ninth day, 19th day of December 1900

L. M. Brashears - Plaintiff

vs

Joannah Brashears - Defendant

This cause being submitted upon the pleadings and the proof, and nonresidents attorney having filed his report, herein, and the court being advised, is of the opinion the Plaintiff, L. M. Brashears, has shown himself entitled to the relief sought.

It is therefore adjudged by the court, that the Plaintiff, L. M. Brashears, be divorced from the Defendant, Joannah Brashears, from the bonds of matrimony, and restored to all the rights of a single and an unmarried man. It is further adjudged, that the Plaintiff pay the cost incidental to this suit, to include an atty. fee to the nonresidents Atty. C. M. Horne, of $10 and this cause is now stricken from the docket.
