15th OVI Medal of Honor Recipients

The Medal of Honor was given during the Civil War for bravery. For men who went above and beyond the call of duty. And 2 men, from the 15th OVI, stepped up, and went above and beyond the call of duty. They were honored, and are still honored today, by recieveing the Congessional Medal of Honor.

Robert B. Brown 15th OVI- Rank: Private. Enlistment age: 18. Date of Enlistment: 08/09/61.

William E. Richey 15th OVI- Rank: Private. Enlistment age: 21. Date of Enlistment: 08/09/61.

May these men's names forever be remembered.
