Wilderness

Observing the Silence, caught up cause its majestic
Natural and hectic, more things to adapt to than expected
On my paper the moon is reflected, cause I write at night
Scrawling deep lines in dimlight in hopes to capture insight
In the form of Divine Inspiration so I stay in tune with Nature
Feelings consume behavior, am I doomed to danger?
History Repeats, Mystery Defeats the purpose to Know
I write the verses to flow but I feel worthless fa' sho'
But as the Earth Twists I grow, the Divine Seed we planted
Trapped in the metaphorical genie bottle where no wishes Be granted
Expressing through 45 Degrees slanted, left with interpretation
As my heart beat is racing, I determine what I'm facing
In this so-called Civilization that is nothing but a mimic
Civil Rights don't suffice I'll say it twice, its a gimic
My poems remain rhythmic and follow a melody
This Wilderness is a Hell to me but it's just as well it be
