About Me
As Salaam Alaikum,
My name is Hassan Sayyid. This is the Arabic name I have taken on since proclaiming my faith in Allah (Ash-Hadu An La Ilaha Illa'llah, Wa Ash-Hadu Anna Muhammada Rasulu'llah). My name means Beautiful Master.
I chose this for the following reasons. I believe all of Allah's creatures are beautiful. See, the term beautiful, in America, carries the stigma of being related to only females when such is not the fact. Master is one who controls. Allah controls me but I control my faith.
