NO*NO*NO*YES
We can't help you with the first
three questions, but we are the experts at making the last
question go from dream . . .
to REALITY. Want to find out more? Read on!
There are tens of millions of homeowners
with 30-year mortgages. On a typical $100,000 mortgage, the
homeowner will make total payments of about $300,000 over this 30-year
period. Of this amount $200,000 represents INTEREST PAYMENTS.
With the "front-load" on interest, it is extremely difficult for the homeowner
to build any equity. For example, after making payments for 15 years, the
homeowner will have payed off only 21% of the principal on his loan. If
the home is sold after making 7 years of payments, the equity will be only
7%
With the equity acceleration program, interest
payments are reduced by about $75,000; the 30-year mortgage is paid off
in about 20 years; and the equity builds more than twice as fast!
U.S. Mortgage is the largest provider of mortgage acceleration programs in America. Our success is illustrated by the fact that we've doubled in size every year since 1991! " . . . As a General Agent with U.S. Mortgage, you can earn $60, 000 a year . . . as a regional manager you can earn well over $100,000 selling a program which has been endorsed by everyone from the WALL STREET JOURNAL to CONSUMER REPPORTS to THE U.S. GOVERNMENT." General Agent Commissions After deducting a $25 application fee, you receive 70% commission. So, on a $399 sale, you would receive a commisssion of $261.80. If you sold one enrollment a day, your annual income would exceed $65,000. You could start on a part time basis, working a couple of eventings each week. Here, just two sales would provide a second income of over $500 a week. Regional
Manager
The Regional Manager has the same commission structure as the General Agent. The major difference between these two postions is that the Regional Manager can hire agents and receive an override on their sales. Let's assume that you hire five Regional Managers, and each of these agents enrolls two homeowner a week. Your 10% override on these sales would add $19,448 to your income. But there's more . . . Let's further assume that each of your five agents hire five of their own Regional Managers. If each of these agent enrolled only one homeowner a week, your 10% override on their sales would be $48,620. So as a Regional Manager you have the potential to earn over $100,000 a year or about twice the income of a General Agent. Since over one-half of your income will come from overrides, you might wonder how difficult it is to hire agents. We'll do the hiring for you! All you have to do is run one of our prepared classified newspaper ads, and we'll take it from there . . . taking the calls, sending the information, answering questions, and enrolling agents on your behalf.
