I. Review of Last Meeting
We can have a table free if there is an extra on in the Craft Show,

International Dinner- March 24th, Thea is coordinating
Jerry Deiter is working on a constitution for the club
$400/person back from Mexico trip

II. New Material
Craft show discussed- held on a Saturday, buy a
table for $30 or get one free if there's enough
room. Vote to spend money for table, 8-yes, 0-no
Donations may be made-crafts, supplies, baked goods
etc.- See Tina
Dr. Muller talked to Dr. Sines about the raffle, probably not

Student LEadership brunch attendees: Officers + Jerry Deiter
Leadership Workshop next Friday, attendees: Brandyn Metzko, Thea

International Dinner will be 3/14/98/Sa, start late afternoon, sam night
as Antigone w/ theatre, perhaps a combo deal could be arranged
Good attendance expected by response so far; staff very enthusiastic.
Invite staff, saculty, students. Dean Allen suggests approx. 200 seats
at a time, pre-sale tickets, maintenance will set-up/tear down, advertising:
via email, posters, word of mouth, papers, table in front to sell tickets
Held in student union, possible overflow into Suzie's, decorations-map/flag
theme? Time still needs decided, Bob may have friend to do catering, Suzie
may help, Faculty a good source of International dishes. prices need decided
deductions, reductions for donations, etc? Entertainment? restaurant
sponsorships. Dr. Muller will check on voice mail for reservations. Homepage-
we need a logo we want it "snazzy"- print sample for next meeting.
entertainment: Dr. Seachrist? Brandyn- peruvian flute, etc. Pics and videos
from trip/club, girl on bagpipes(?), ethnic dancing, what beverages? coffee, tea,
punch, etc. also sell pop...
Upcoming Toronto, Brazil trips, vineyard class in fall
When is next meeting? 1:45 a week from today
tables at dinner for each nationality, maybe bring-home treats?
Toronto trip: maybe 1 credit hour, weekend after spring break, 2night, 3day,
maybe some paid by school-helps w/ expenses, Dr. Muller will check on these
Maybe bring guests? concerns about liability, age, etc?
Saturday, 1day trips.. 2 for a credit maybe? guests?
