This is part of the sideyard, where we, our dogs, and a normally a couple extra kids, spend our time. We bought this place as a fixer-upper. It was 50 yrs old, built by the first owner, and we are the second owners! Some rooms hadn't even been finished! Of course, the others badly needed redone! We remodeled the kitchen and bath, added a utility room so we could move the hotwater tank out of the corner of the kitchen! hehe We finished the loft into a huge 3rd bedroom. We added this porch with french doors out to it. We fenced in the yard. We put in new windows and sided. We cemented the garage floor and we're waiting on the contractors to get some time to pave the drive. Oh... lots of stuff.. there are still things we'd like to do. It's located on a quiet back road, houses are kinda tight, but the neighbors are nice. Josh, as an only child, has the benefit of many friends within reach. It's also close to a large wooded area, and close to the beach! It's not big or fancy, but we're "bonded".
