Jon Bermuda Schwartz

A long time ago I met and started talking With a Jon "Bermuda" Schwartz. Over the years we talked via irc (internet relay chat)and e-mail. A while back (1996) he was gave me an interview via e-mail and I thought you would like to learn a little bit about Weird Al's Drummer.
Well I am sure by now you are tired of reading what I am typing and probably would like to read a bit of what Bermuda thinks (please remember this interview was in January of 1996, his opinions may have changed from that time and this was right before an album release so some questions might be vague), so this is it!!!!

Q1. What is your favorite song the group has done?
A1. I have a few favorites - Airline Amy, Christmas at Ground Zero, and one of the new originals. I also like Nirvana, and Living with a Hernia.

Q2. What is your favorite amusement park ride?
A2. Log rides.

Q3.Have you done anything you regret?
A3. Probably, but I can't think of anything specific right now.

Q4. What is your favorite dinner?
A4. Indian Food - curries: Chicken Korma, Lamb Saag, etc.

Q5. What is your favorite time period in history?
A5. Sixties (1960s)

Q6. How do you usually travel on tour?
A6. Mostly on bus, occasionally by plane. Depends on the schedule, and distance and time between cities.

Q7. How long are you on tour before returning home for a break?
A7. As long as 6 or 7 weeks. Eventually we get to L.A. to play, so that's considered "going home", but not necessarily a break.

Q8. How do you feel about being a celebrity?
A9. I'm not much of a celebrity, but the attention is nice. I don't think I could handle as much as al gets, however. I'm fairly private, and I don't like being "spread too thin".

Q9. What is your favorite oldies song?
A9. You Were On My Mind by We Five. I don't really know why though...
