Extol is a METAL band on Solid State/Tooth & Nail. They are from Europe and they are pretty cool
Zao is umm....well really heavy!!! They are metal, not totally my thing anymore, but lots of other people love them
Stretch Armstrong are some nice guys who prove that real hardcore bands still exist

P.O.D. is more heavy sutff, kind of rapcore...great guys, now on Atlantic Records (good for them)
Project 86 is really heavy music with a groove
