Coaching & Staff Profiles
|General Manager: Rick Schmitt|
his first year associated with West Seneca Soccer, Mr. Schmitt brings
his vast knowledge and experience of the game to the travel league.
Currently coaching at West Seneca East High School, he brought his team
an ECIC Division II Championship, and a spot in the Section VI Finals;
which was the farthest East Soccer has ever gone. He hopes to improve the
level of skill in the travel league so that his school team will win its
first Section VI Championship.
|Head Coach: Richard Kirsch|
up three consecutive successful seasons, Mr. Kirsch is returning this
year for another great season. This past high school season, has gained valuable
coaching experience from one of the best in the business, Rick Schmitt.
He was also assistant coach for the team for a few years before being
given the head coach position in 1999. He is expecting a lot from his
team this year and looking forward to another league championship. With
an overall record of 22-4-4, Mr. Kirsch would like to see another
successful team this year and improve his record as head coach.
|Assistant Coach: Ron Eiseman|
with Mr. Kirsch this year for his fourth year is Mr. Eiseman. To West
Seneca he brings valuable soccer experience, coaching for many years in
the house league. Mr. Eiseman is also looking forward to a great season
and is expecting big things from his players. He also provides the
motivation to get psyched up before a game and helps get the team
mentally ready for the game.
|Associate Coach: Dave Komosinski|
Komosinski is now the associate coach and is called into action when
needed. Coached travel team before Mr. Kirsch and helped team get first
league championship in 2000. Was regarded by players as one of the
best travel coaches to play for. Finished 2000 with a 15-3-2

|Both second year managers look
forward to having another successful year with the team. Last year, they
provided the team with information regarding tournaments and other
soccer related ventures. They will be a valuable part of the team this
