FAQ's & Information:
Our candles are sold in cases of 12; you may choose up to 2 scent selections per case, 3 case minimum per order. We currently offer a 30-45% wholesale discount off our retail internet pricing.
We only wholesale to businesses with a retail location and a valid tax id.
Cases, Bulk orders, and Wholesale orders do not apply to the flat rate shipping.
Customers pay exact shipping Via UPS or FedEx.

We will always use the carrier offering the least expensive rate to save you money on freight. We never, under any circumstance, charge a handling fee. We will send you paypal money request invoice separately for the cost of shipping after your order has been completed, boxed and weighed. If you have a UPS or FedEx account that you would like to use we will bill shipping directly using your account. If you do not have an account with a major shipping carrier you will be contacted with the shipping total and charged accordingly. All balances must be paid prior to shipment.
( NOTE : We do not ship to freight forwarders. )

Our candles do not sit on shelves for months or years; your candles will be handmade especially for you when you place the order. Orders may take up to 3-6 weeks to complete depending on the size of the order. As always you are welcome to pick up your order if you are in the area.

Retail Pricing:
Retail price is any price your particular market or geographical area will bear. You may decide to charge more for the candles than what is listed on our retail website. Average in store price is $20.00-$25.00 per candle and $5.00-$6.00 per clamshell. After all. They are a premium handmade product, not readily available elsewhere, and we limit the resellers to one per large area. You will be our distributor in that area.
Note: Wholesale prices are based on discounts off of our retail prices. Our retail prices are subject to change with out prior notice.

Important:
Please inspect your shipment when you receive it. We make every effort to ensure your order arrives safely; we pack every shipment in accordance with the shipping carriers packing guidelines. If in the event that you receive a damaged shipment, please report it immediately. We will contact the carrier and send them out to your residence to inspect the damages. Please save the original box and packing materials to show the UPS or Fed Ex inspector. UPS and Fed Ex require that any damaged merchandise is reported with in 7-10 days of shipment arrival. If you do not report damage with in this time frame the carrier will not honor the insurance on the packages and we will not be able to replace the damaged merchandise.

All candles are custom made therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges. Payments for Case, Bulk pricing, label set up fees and or Wholesale orders are non refundable. All sales are final.
