There is always one question that sticks out more than the rest. So what we have decided to do is post the top question of the week and show you how we answer it. If you feel you would like to add to the answer feel free to contact us with your input on the question.
Question I have a site that includes many archive areas. Have you ever seen or heard of a sort of a drop down menu thing that can handle different areas like we have and yet take up little to no space on our pages?

As a matter of fact, we have just recently found such a drop down menu effect. This is a double drop down menu that can handle as many different areas as you need plus more. It only takes up one line on your page since you said space was a factor. We do feel obligated to tell you that this script (which we have a full tutorial included) is not designed for a novice in HTML coding and java scripts. It is very highly configurative and can get confusing if you let it. Follow the below link and you are there.

Each week, we will pose a different question to all our readers and see how it is answered. The questions will be in a forum that you can link to from here. The following week, you will see the answers and a new question. These questions will pertain to web designing, computers,internet, security, etc.

We want to thank "The GhostRider From Viet Nam" for the answer pertaining to "Fixed Backgrounds".
This week the question will pertain to
"Page Transitions"

An Oversion To Link Lines Writes
I have this oversion to having lines under the links on my web pages. I would like to have the option of different effects to show up on mouseover on my links and remove those horrible lines underneath.
This is a very easy effect to make happen depending on what effect you want. You can remove the line completely and on mouseover you can get an over and under line with your choice of color. Just insert the below sniplet of code into the <HEAD> section of your document. This is the effect we have implimented on most of our pages
<style>
a{text-decoration:none}
a:hover{text-decoration: underline + overline; color:hotpink;}
</style>
You can also follow the below link and see what other effects you can achieve with the use of CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) on your links. If you donot see 4 different effects on the below page when it opens, your have a browser that cannot view CSS effects.
