Eucharistic Adoration
Caroline Pizzuto
(516)938-8459

"Come and behold Him.  O come let us adore Him.  Christ the Lord!".  On the first Saturday of the month, the Most Blessed Sacrament is exposed for adoration and worship on the Altar in the church following the 5:00pm Mass.  Exposition concludes at 9:00pm with Benediction.

Spend an hour of adoration before the Blessed Sacrament. All that is required is a desire to have an opportunity to “hear the silence,” so that the voice of Jesus may be heard speaking to us personally. Worship the Eucharistic Presence in the Blessed Sacrament for one hour on the first Saturday of the month.

Marian Rosary Group
Winnie Spadola
(516)931-4875

This ministry is committed to spreading the devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary, primarily by encouraging the recitation her Most Holy Rosary.  On the first Saturday of each month, a statue of Our Lady of Fatima is placed at the Altar in Church where members of the Marian Group gather at 8:30am to prepare for Mass by meditating on the mysteries of the Rosary.   This holy devotion also takes place daily during the months of May and October.

Men's Prayer Group
Doug Quinn
(516)939-0421

Prayer Shawl Ministry
Jeannmarie Kane

Denise Simicic
(516)433-5552

Purpose of the group is to remember in prayer the sick, elderly and those in need.  As a token of their concern the members pray as they prepare shawls, lap robes, and afghans that are blessed and distributed to those who request them.  A group of parishioners meet every first Tuesday of the month in Room B of the old school at 7:30pm.  Arrangements can be made for pick-up of shawls and yarn if meetings cannot be attended.  Do you like to knit or crochet shawls, lap robes, or afghans?  Do you have yarn, needles, or patterns that you would like to donate to this ministry?  Do you know someone that would like to receive such a shawl that has been blessed? If so, please consider joining this wonderful ministry!

St. Anne's Mothers' Prayer Group
Maria Pitonza
(516)770-6444

The sole criteria for this ministry is to be a mother of faith.  We invite all mothers of any age to gather together with us,  pray the Rosary, read and reflect upon the Sacred Scripture, and form bonds of friendship.  We meet every Monday evening at 7:30pm in the upper school basement.  During the summer months, our meeting place is the Rectory basement.
