I offer you
with glory
Salute across
the land
To every single
one of you
Who offered
helping hand
I give to
you my heart
With joy of
liberty
Repeat the
words forever
We always
will be free
Strength you
gave with courage
With honor
marching by
Glory of Our
Father
Who watches
from on high
To everyone
who lost their life
Without a
battle cry
I salute you
and I say to you
Your spirit
never dies
Etched within
our hearts now
We all shall
now go forth
Forever you're
beside us
Our glory
never lost
Bravery became
you
On this sad
and fateful day
Memories you
left for us
Will never
fade away.

~IF WE COULD
HAVE YOU BACK~
~Author Unknown~
If we could
have you back for just one day,
There would
be so many things we would like to say.
If we could
just be with you for one whole day,
To have you
close and know that you really are okay.
If we had known
that you would be gone forever,
If we had
known all those ties were going to be severed,
If we had
know the pain, the loss, and the ache,
If we had
known the difference without you would make.
In the darkness
you slipped away from us all,
Now it's just
your memories that we have to recall,
They say that
parting is such sweet sorrow,
But it's the
longing, the wondering and how to cope with tomorrow.
They say that
grieving a child is the very worst,
'Cause life's
plan is that the parents should go first.
Now all we
have are memories, the good time that we had,
We spend so
much time in tears, and pain and feeling sad.
So if we could
have you back for just one day,
You could
let us know how to cope until judgment day.
When we'll
be together as a family once again,
When we'll
be happy and free from all this pain.
Oh! It's hard
to live when your child has to die,
Then we spend
our lifetime trying to say Goodbye!
~WHEN
TOMORROW STARTS WITHOUT ME~
~Author Unknown~
When tomorrow
starts without me, and I'm not there to see;
If the sun
should rise and find your eyes filled with tears for me;
I wish so
much you wouldn't cry the way you did today,
While thinking
of the many things we didn't get to say.
I know how
much you love me, as much as I love you,
And each time
you think of me I know you'll miss me too;
But when tomorrow
starts without me, please try to understand,
That an angel
came and called my name and took me by the hand,
And said my
place was ready in Heaven far above
And that I'd
have to leave behind all those I dearly love.
But as I turned
to walk away, a tear fell from my eye,
For all my
life, I'd always thought I didn't want to die.
I had so much
to live for and so much yet to do,
It seemed
almost impossible that I was leaving you.
I thought
of all the yesterdays, the good ones and the bad,
I thought
of all the love we shared and all the fun we had.
If I could
relive yesterday I thought just for awhile,
I'd say good
bye and kiss you and maybe see you smile.
But then I
fully realized that this could never be,
For emptiness
and memories would take the place of me.
And when I
thought of worldly things that I'd miss come tomorrow,
I thought
of you, and when I did, my heart was filled with sorrow.
But when I
walked through Heaven's gate, I felt so much at home.
When God looked
down and smiled at me, from His great golden throne,
He said, "This
is eternity and all I've promised you."
Today for
life on what is past but here it starts anew.
I promise
no tomorrow, but today will always last,
And since
each day's the same day, there's no longing for the past,
But you have
been so faithful, so trusting, so true.
Though there
were times you did some things you knew you shouldn't do.
But you have
been forgiven and now at last you're free.
So won't you
take my hand and share my life with me?
So when tomorrow
starts without me, don't think we're far apart,
For every
time you think of me, I'm right here in your heart.

O' Beautiful,
for spacious skies,
for amber
waves of grain.
For purple
mountain majesties,
above the
fruited plain.
America, America,
God shed his grace on thee
and crown
thy good with brotherhood
from sea to
shining sea
O' beautiful,
for pilgrims' feet,
whose stern
impassioned stress,
a thoroughfare
for freedom beat,
across the
wilderness.
America, America,
God mend thy every flaw
confirm thy
soul in self control,
thy liberty
in law.
O' Beautiful,
for heroes proved,
in liberating
strife
who more than
self, their country loved
and mercy
more than life.
America, America,
may God thy gold refine
till all success
be nobleness
and every
gain divine.
O' Beautiful,
for Patriot dreams,
who see beyond
the years,
thine alabaster
cities gleam,
undimmed by
human tears.
America, America,
God shed His Grace on thee,
and crown
thy good in brotherhood
from sea to
shining sea.
