The Mexico City tour date announced earlier today has been confirmed by the band's Official Website.

Dave Matthews and wife Ashley are said to have had their twins on Wednesday, according to radio station KMTT of Seattle.

Music station VH1 will air an episode of "FanClub" dedicated to Dave Matthews Band during the show's new season this fall.

Dave Matthews Band appears to have plans set for their next live album, currently expected later this year.

Dave Matthews will make at least one more charitable concert stop this year, having signed-on to perform solo at the Groundwork 2001 event on October 14 in Seattle, Washington

According to various sources, Dave Matthews is slated to appear in a special solo performance alongside Farm Aid founding fathers John Mellencamp, Willie Nelson, and Neil Young at this year's Farm Aid.
