The Members determine Union policies and practices, a characteristic that separates PEF from many other unions.
The annual Delegate Convention is the highest governing body in PEF. It brings together almost 1,000 delegates, elected from the PEF membership who set the policy and direction for the union for the comming year.
Division's Criteria for attendance:
- Attend DOT caucus
- Be present for the Regional photograph
- Attend ALL plenary sessions. Attendance shall be taken by highest ranking Officer present. Excuses may be granted by concurrence of two Officers.
- Failure to meet this criteria will forfeit your convention stipend.
