MME: How did you get started singing?
Susan: When I was a child, I was always ambitious and serious about music. I have always had a passion to sing and perform. :) MME: Who have been some of your biggest musical influences? Did they inspire you to enter the entertainment buisness?
Susan: Yes of course.. I have a ton of influences. My favorites are Mariah Carey,Boyz II Men, Whitney Houston, and I love oldies! ;) The Supremes, Beatles, The Tempations, and I could go on and on!

MME: You have a 5 CD changer in your stereo, right now -- what cd's would fill the spots and why?
Susan: That's easy probably any if not all of the cds from the current top 10 on>the billboards. I love variety, all styles of music, and anything new I >like>to get a listen. I like to know what's in and what kind of new sounds are>going through the airwaves. I have too many cd's...haha.

MME: Right now there are many female soloist out there and usually get the inevitable comparisons to other female artist (Britney Spears, Jessica Simpson, Christina Aguilera, etc), what do you feel you have to offer? What makes you so unique?
Susan: I have a lot of different beliefs and views. I consider myself an artist who is who she says she is. I'm very religious so that is the center of who and what I am. How I sing and dress reflect what I stand for. I always tell people I'm about a positive message.. I'm out to inspire people and help them grow and be strong, self confidence is a key... and most importantly have fun! :) Life is short anyway you look at it. ;)

MME: You have the chance to cover a song and the originator of the song taking part with the making of the new version, who would you choose to work with, what song, and why?
Susan: Hmm.. I have been wanting to cover the song "It's Alright" by JJ Jackson because I like the flow of the song...Or ANY Elvis Presley song, he is one>of the greatest performers of all time!!

MME: Any message to all of our MME visitors out there?
Susan: Wassup!! The site is hot!!!! Put it on your favs ;) XOXO
