Background: Doug’s parent’s died two days after his twenty-second
birthday, leaving him to make the decision of a lifetime: send his brothers and
sister into foster care or be a college student and play guardian to them.
Unwilling to watch them be separated Doug played the bigger man and took in his
younger siblings. It didn’t hurt that his parent’s unfortunate death left
he and his siblings with an insane amount of wealth allowing them to live
comfortably forever without having to work… ever. Doug finished college
successfully and moved onto graduate school and then into the working world
becoming not only a serial divorcer but a prominent Manhattan politician.
Possible Storylines: One of his 3 exes comes back with a scandal to ruin
his political career; a woman enters his life causing him to loose focus on his
campaign for Congress; he looses his bid for a seat in the legislative branch
