LIHS English Shows as follows..... April 13, June 29, September 21...also Touch 'N Go Shows are June 1st & July 20th. All Shows held at Touch 'N Go Stables in Medford, NY. email Roz Larocca at LIHSEnglishChair@aol.com for more info.
LIHS Western Shows are held at Hidden Pond Stables in Manorville, NY. Show dates are June 15th , August 10th, September 7th, & October 5th. NEW FOR THIS YEAR "Baby In Hand Classes" run according to NSBA & APHA rules...Baby Model, Baby Color Model, Baby Lunge Line, and modified Baby trail. Classes are open to horses 4 years old & under. If you opt to show your baby in these classes, they MAY NOT show in under saddle classes, but may be shown on model and halter classes. Classes are open to both English & Western horses..Come on down and show off the young 'yns who are cantering/loping beautifully in the fields, and get them some show experience before they go into under saddle classes !!! Remember!!! Both our English and Western Shows are approved for APHA PAC & AHA OEIPA Points......check our links page for links to both sites, so you can sign up and add those points to your Paint or Arabian. Who knows, maybe you will be the next one with a ROM !!!!
