The Inn is made up of 35 country style guestrooms, each with either two double beds or one queen size bed. Enjoy individually climate-controlled heat and air conditioning. LeMoyne Manor features 24 double and 11 single guest rooms for the discerning traveler, complete with individually controlled heat and air conditioning units. Non-smoking rooms are available. The building was designed by noted Arts & Crafts architect Ward Wellington, and has since been extensively remodeled. We are located at the crossroads of several major highways makes LeMoyne Manor an easy drive from all directions. LeMoyne Manor offers great discounts to both seniors and corporate travelers. Extended stay rates are also available for those who will be staying for a week or more. Additional discounts are given for groups of 10 or more, or for government employees. Room Descriptions
Rooms can be set-up in several styles: banquets, classroom and, theater. Our room rental fees will be based on the objectives of your event. For example number of people and setup that is required. The Wellington Room I and II can be divided into two separate rooms; it is comprised of 3616 square feet total. The Wellington I is 1824 square feet and the second room Wellington II is 1792 square feet. If the entire room is used including use of the dance floor, it will accommodate up to 200 people and 180 comfortably without using the dance floor. The Wellington I and II can seat 250 theater style and 125 people classroom style. The LeMoyne/ Stickley Room is comprised into 3572 square feet total. The charm of the Stickley Furniture enhances this room. The LeMoyne room by itself can be divided into two rooms total. The LeMoyne side can be divided into two rooms as well. It will accommodate 100 people if the dance floor is used and 80 if the dance floor is needed in banquet style, 150-theater style and 50-classroom style. The Stickley Room is comprised of 2100 square feet. It will accommodate 100 people if the dance floor is used and 90 if the dance floor is needed in banquet style and 75-theater style and 60-classroom style. The Grand Ballroom is comprised of 6200 square feet, 2000 of which constitutes the dance floor. It can accommodate 400 people banquets style, 600 theater style, and 250classroom style. We reserve the Grand Ballroom for parties of minimum of 200 people.

Treatment, an alcohol and substance abuse treatment provider. Based in Albany,
NY, but with sites all over New York State, PYHIT is unique in that it provides
