LeMoyne's conference and banquet facilities
make corporate or social events special. Wedding, business conferences, and
themed parties are the hotel's specialties. The large banquet hall, separate
from the hotel, can host several events simultaneously of almost any size.
Up to 1,200 guests can be accommodated at one time. All of our banquet rooms
have a hardwood floor across the width of the room, and large picture
windows overlooking the lake. We have podiums, microphones, tripod easels,
blackboards, and 6 ft hanging screens available in each room.Rooms can be set up Banquet Style with round or rectangular tables seating from 6 to 10 people, Classroom Style with round or rectangular tables seating 4 people, or Theater Style with chairs only and no tables. Our room rental fees are based on the number of people in your party and on the set-up that is required. For example, based on a group of 50 people, the room rental fee is $100 plus 8.25% tax per day.
All of our banquet rooms have a hardwood dance floor expanding the width of the room, and large picture windows overlooking the lake. We have podiums, microphones, easels, and screens including wireless internet access.
The Wellington Room is 3,616 square feet and can be divided into two rooms. If the entire room is used including the dance floor, it can accommodate up to 200 people, and 180 people without using the dance floor. The room can seat 250 theater style and 125 classroom style.
The LeMoyne Room is 3,572 square feet and can be divided into two rooms. The seating capacity is 80 people with dance floor, or 100 people without the dance floor. Seating is up to 150 theater style and 50 classroom style.
The Stickley Room is 2,100 square feet. The charm of the furniture enhances the room, so it is not used for Theater or Classroom-style set-ups. It can seat 100 people, or be combined with the LeMoyne Room for a total capacity of 300 people (without the dance floor). Seating is 75 theater style and 60 classroom style.
The Ballroom is 6,200 square feet, 2,000 of which is the dance floor. It can accommodate 450 people banquet style, 600 theater style, and 250 classroom style. This room is reserved for parties with a minimum guarantee of 200 people.
Note: At the main banquet hall entrance, the Ballroom is on the left, Monty's and the bar are straight ahead, LeMoyne/Stickley rooms are on the right, and the Wellington rooms are on the right down the hall. Rest rooms are opposite the Ballroom.
