And this too. The word of God is all we need. There is no authority outside of the Word of God. For how can it be that Christ and some other is our Lord? It cannot. So we love God's word for it gives us the peace we may know in Heaven... if God is willing, in Jesus' name, amen.

This means that the Bible is to be taught by men. "... so that the man of God ..." It cannot be made more clear.

This means that the entire Bible is written by God alone. God allowed men to only pen it - much the same as secretaries pen a letter for their boss.
