forgiveness

Tuesday, 06/19/06, 11:43 PM EST USA

Once again somone has done something to upset me - and I think it is intentional. It doesn't matter. The matter is about my difficulty in letting it go. I still think with the thoughts of the "old ways." I must be patient, trust, and hope that the LORD will do a good work in me ... that means that I hope He is working to change me into one of His - obedient to His commands. It's been many years ... for me ... and I don't seem to be more obedient to God than when I was young in the faith.

I originally started this page after doing a search for "Father forgive them for they know not what they do." (This sentence is not in the earlier manuscripts.) And then found 3 verses which rang bells in my head... Matthew 6:14, Matthew 6:15, and Matthew 18:35. I realized that this was pointing directly at me ... and then I realized I don't have a page on "forgiveness." So here it is... I will most likely add surrounding texts to the listed verses since now it is late and I am too tired to continue.
