VACCINATIONS
Proof is required for Rabies, Distemper Combo & Bordetella. DHLPPC & Bordetella are given yearly. Rabies is given every 1 - 3 years depending on the veterinarian's policy.

PAYMENT INFORMATION:
During peak boarding periods (Memorial Day through Labor Day and major holiday) the mimimum stay (or charge) is three days. A deposit covering the charge for three days boarding is required at the time a reservation is made.

Payment is to be made upon release of pet. We require CASH from first-time customers. Subsequent payments may be made by check payable to Hudson Valley Pet Resort and drawn on a local bank, or cash.

• DEPOSIT:
  A non-refundable, non-transferable (cannot be applied to another reservation) deposit is required from all first time customers and for all summer and holiday reservations

• RETURNED CHECKS:
  $25.00 service fee

• MEDICATION
  Bring just enough medicine for your pet's stay. In the case of tablets, include an extra pill in the event one is dropped on the floor.

  ** Administration of tablets, ointment, etc $.50 per application

• FOOD:
  We provide the IAMS line of dry dog food, and, if necessary, canned food. If you prefer, you may bring your pet's home diet, in its own-labeled container, for an additional $1.00 per day charge.

  Please note that we will not be responsible for any pet's belongings and would appreciate your planning on taking your pet's gear home with you.

• EXAMINATION
  Every animal is given a cursory examination, particularly for external parasites. Pets found with parasites MUST be bathed and dipped before entering the kennel. The COST will be added to the final bill.

  It is highly recommended that you treat your home to keep your pet from becoming reinfected.

• BATHING
  Bathing is available for an extra charge depending on the animal's coat and condition. Estimates are gladly given.
