Welcome to my interests page.........
First let me tell you about my family. I am happily married (6 yrs) to my wife Tara (who shares both my interests), together we have a 3 year old boy Derek. This is where most of my time and energy goes...it is also where most of my joy comes from.
However, some of the other interests I have are Baseball...I am an avid NY Yankee fan and follow every game through the season. (i am still in therapy after they lost this year) I have included a link to the Yankee homepage as well as a couple of my favorite sports sites that keep me well informed. To me baseball is still America's pastime and the greatest game on earth. Can't wait till april....
My other interest is food. I have spent my entire life in the restaurant business and was raised in a large Italian family so cooking and eating is a way of life. I love to cook interesting new dishes as well as old family recipies. I have included for you a link to the food TV homepage were you will find many great tips and recipies.
