Delicious White Chili Recipe

4 cans white Northern beans (drain) (use more for thicker chili)
2 quarts Half & Half (use no-fat Half & Half if on diet)
2 diced onions
4 diced green peppers
1/2 cup jalapeno (optional )
2 tsp. cayenne pepper (OK to use less )
2 tsp. white pepper
2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. cumin power
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
Use about 3 boneless, skinless (COOKED) chicken breasts cut up
I have used ground chicken instead of diced chicken.
May saute green pepper & onion (optional)
Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes
Enjoy on a cold day!


2 cups white sugar
2 tablespoon cocoa
1/4 lb ( oleo ) margarine( 1 stick )
1/2 cup milk
Combine in large pan & bring to boil. Boil 1 minute.
Remove from fire & add 1 tsp. vanilla & 1 cup peanut butter
Blend well. Add 3 1/4 cups uncooked rolled oats
Drop by tsp. on waxed paper.
