Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not ship internationally.  We may do so in the future, so please check back for updates.
 
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, money orders, cashier's checks, & electronic check.  E-mail us what you wish to order and we will send you back an invoice giving you your total and instructions on how to pay for your purchase.
 
Do you accept Pay Pal?
For security reasons we no longer accept Pay Pal as form of payment. You may pay by using Pay Pal ATM/Debit Card that's available to all Pay Pal's members. The following link will explain how to obtain the ATM/Debit card from Pay Pal.

What is your return policy?
We guarantee against manufacturers' defects for 30 days from the date of the delivery.
Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 30 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions.
All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
Unwanted products may be returned with prior authorization only!
All returned merchandise is reimbursed for the original purchase price less shipping & handling and must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
REFUSED DELIVERY:
Customers will be responsible for all charges associated with shipping and handling. Once the merchandise is returned to our warehouse, credit will be issued for the original purchase price less shipping and handling.
All reimbursements are done in the form of company credit which can be used towards new orders.
 
How long does it take to process and ship orders?
All orders are processed and shipped as soon as access to your payment is allowed to us.  This can range anywhere from 5-21 business days.  This is only done for security reasons.
 
How do I track my packages that have been shipped?
Once the package was shipped a tracking number will be e-mailed to you.
 
How do you calculate shipping charges?
Shipping charges are included in the final prices of each product.  On very rare occasions, shipping costs may be more or less that we have calculated.  In the event that the shipping estimation is higher than the actual cost of shipping, we will reimburse you for the difference.  If the shipping estimation is lower than the actual cost of shipping, we will ask you to pay the difference before we begin processing your order.
 
Which shipping method do you offer?
FedEx Ground, FedEx Saver, FedEx 2nd Day Air and FedEx Next Day Air are the available shipping options.  USPS is used to ship orders to PO Boxes only.
 
What is the delivery time for orders?
The delivery time depends on how you pay for your order and your destination.  It can range anywhere from 5-30 business days.  Delivery time on preorders and backorders will be no sooner than 30 business days.
 
Do you collect sales tax?
Yes, we collect sales tax on orders shipped to California only.
 
How do I know what's in stock on your website?
All of the products listed are always available in large quantities. We will not be undersold unless notified by email in advance.
