There are many different terms used today Wicca, the Craft, the Old Religion, and Witchcraft. There are many different types of Wiccans. It all started A very long time ago in Italy. Wicca is a Religion based on Nature, it embraces a Masculine/Feminine concept of dietiy's. People tha practice the Old Religion are known as Wiccans, Crafters, Witches, and Neo-Pegans.
In Italian there are two words that are used for the word "witch". The first word is Strega (stray-gah) and the second is Stregone (stray-go-nay)
Strega is a female witch and Stregone is a male witch.
The Italian word for Witchcraft is Stregheria (stray-gah-ree-ah)
Wiccans Do not believe in the Devil. There is no Heaven or Hell!
Wiccans have There hollidays they celebrate they are known as Sabats.
