news235/ Tim Stewart's prison release date [11.08.04]mon.[10:28 PM]
About 2 weeks ago the Philadelphia Police took Tim Stewart to a local grocery store and some guy tryed jumping T-Stew and T-Stew ended up breaking his noise in 3 places and gave him a mild concussion as self-defense. They took Stewart out for some fresh air that one aftenoon and it was totally uncalled for when the 23-year-old, Brian Paige, jumped Mr. Stewart. Which was a dumb thing to do because the police saw it all and the man was taken to the hospital and will be there for a couple weeks.

As you people probably have already heard, the actions Tim Stewart had on 09.16.03 and 06.22.04, both being the days he's been arrested during his stay in The-League. One for a graffiti and the other for wreckless driving. Tim was pronounced guilty on the charged dished out on July 29th, 2004 and was sentenced 3 months in the county jail in Philadelphia. Well it was since changed to 4 months and he will be released 11.29.04. So only 3 weeks left until he can finally go home again where he hasn't been in 3 months. Some question if Tim Stewart will indeed stay out of trouble, and others question if the 4 month sentence was long enough.

We hear that if T-Stew gets into anymore trouble within the next 6 months the penalty could be anywheres from 6-16 months in jail. And this time he may not be able to play baseball during the time serving.
