We have gotten news that Ryan Williams, Mariners 1st basemen and all-star has been arrested for DWI at 2:34am this morning. He had a 1.1 and will have a court date on July 7th, 2004. He will be fined $750 and if he looses the case then he'll have another $750 fine and will have to serve 350 hours of community service. If he didn't work in MLB jr. the penalty would have been worse. Rudy the commissioner will fine Williams $2,500 for his actions. The last person to get arrested for drinking alcohol was Trevor Osgood of the Phillies at the Clinton Ice Hockey Arena on 02.28.04.
We have news for you that at 2:45am Tim Stewart of the Phillies has been arrested in downtown Los Angeles. We wonder why the heck is he way out there when the team has a game Wednesday night at 6:00. Not to mention practice tomorrow afternoon. We have found out that Tim has been arrested for reckless driving. He was going 114MPH on Los Angeles's busiest highway. Tim will be in jail for the night and will be released tomorrow. He was fined $1,000 for his actions. MLB jr. has fined him $2,500. Tim may even go to jail if he's guilty. This is not the only time Tim has been arrested infact in the past 9 months he's been arrested twice. Here is the other one...

09.16.03 - We have news that tonight around 10:00pm eastern time, The big time thug playa, Tim Stewart of the New York Mets jr.™ was arrested. He was w/ his "doggs" he calls them in Queens, NY, which is the area he lives in and he and his doggs spray painted buildings saying "NYM4L", he even went to the extent to spray paint his authograph on someones car which caused the driver to get pretty ticked. Nevertheless Tim was indeed arrested and will appear in court this Saturday and he will need his boss, Raydogg to bail him out. If failed Tim could be in jail from anywheres of 6-10 months

If Tim looses in court on July 2, 2004 he could face up to 3 months in jail. He will still be able to play for the Phillies he would only be able to come out to play games then go back to the cell.
