news147/ John Black to manage after retirement?, other Yankees future plans [04.17.04]sat.[9:01pm]
After John Black retires he is interested in becoming the Yankees hitting coach, however, Astros' CH Harris has said he wants John to become the Manager of the Astros in 2005. Who knows what John will do. Other players retiring on the Yankees may get jobs within the team in 2005. Clark may become the bullpen catcher. Neuman may be the pitching coach. Rudy will indeed still manage the team, stay the GM, as well as own them. Aminis will probably not retire as that was the rumor before that he would do so. Troy Hood would likely become a base coach with his father, Mike Hood, 61.
