Read the website on medieval warfare and read about the subject.  Write 250 - word report telling your readers what you know about the subject.
Medieval warfare is the battle taken between hosts and knights of armour fighting with each other for what they believe belongs to them.  The way that we see who becomes the winner is when the knights are shot and killed.  People who read what was published during the medieval times know that this is wrong.  Knights were known to be the most valiant warriors.  The only things that knights were ahead of was that they were above level in efficency.  Michael Jones quotes medieval warfare was made up of "fear of the pitched battle" and "siege mentality".  Many scholars who study medieval warfare look for such things as the so-called knights who feel that because they can wear the heavy armor they have already gained the title as a knight.  The important part of understanding military history that took place in the Middle Ages are the elements that were put together in the society of medieval warfare with the actual ending being the shcok of charges.

What do you know about sleepwalkingsyndrome? What could have caused such disorder? Do research online and find the answer.  In Lady Macbeth's case, what could have caused such a disorder in her?
The sleepwalking syndrome is usually taking place at the night when the person is asleep.  Sleepwalking is mostly due to problems in their family and mental problems.   Most of the time when a person is sleepwalking it's the worst thing to wake them up.  It's also a great deal because when a person is sleepwalking puts them in danger of getting hurt.  In Lady Macbeths case I think that the reason that this disorder has happened to her was because of all the guilt that has overcome her.  Lady Macbeth confesses all in her sleep all in fear that she will be punished.  She tries in many ways to comfort herself from all of the guilt but obviously is not doing anything.  She tries to wash out what seems to her to be a blood stain which to me predicts that she is predicting that something will happen to her.  All of the guilt of what she has put into Macbeth all along ever since the beginning of the play is not crumbling down and Lady Macbeth has no idea how to stop it from bringing her down.  Alas she had decided to go to bed with a line that might have led people to believe that she had helped Macbeth with all the murders and saying "What's done cannont be undone.  To bed, to bed, to bed!" (V.i.69).  In this line she is saying that if she could go back and change what has happened that she would, but what has been done is done and there is no way that anything can be changed.

Stage III

1.Write down everything you know and you want to know about each scene in this act. Talk and discuss with your classmates when necessary.
Scene I
This scene is a very important part of the play because it shows how Lady Macbeth has changed over the course of time.  Her husbands actions have lead her to lose her mind.  In this very scene we have seen how Lady Macbeth and Macbeth have both changed the way that they have taken over situations.  Lady Macbeth has all of a sudden become the weaker one in the relationship by instead of being the one who always took control of what Macbeth was to do and letting no one stand in her way.  Macbeth has all of a sudden taken control of his life and let no one not even his wife who was always told him what to do and when to do it.  Because of all that was going on Lady Macbeth has become crazy and started sleepwalking to try to get her away from all the problems.  She might feel that this is the only way that she can escape her problems.

Scene II
In this scene we have seen that many of the people whom which Macbeth would have thought to be his friends and fight with him in battle have gone against him and joined Macduff.  We have waited long enough to see if the witches prophecies will come true and one by one we have seen that they are being fulfilled.  It has been a long wait but in the due time we willl see Macbeth's downfall.  Macbeth has been witness to what has happened to his kingdom and to his wife and the way all has turned out and this makes him realize that we are all only human and there is no way to escape that.

Scene III
This very scene shows us how many of Macbeth's supporters have left him in the dust.  We see that Macbeth can now only hope that the witches prophecies that are supposed to come true could be the only thing that he can rely on.
2. Formulate 5-10 questions based on Each scene that you think will test your classmates' understanding of the act.

3. Create and complete two assignments that best demonstrate your understanding of the act. The assignments could be any written form accompanied by illustrations, music or anything else that enhances your understanding.
Or: You can write an essay if you wish. Or: You can also critique or respond to the articles in the Internet based on the issues raised in the act.

4. List anything that you like about the act, or things that impressed you for any reason.
What I really enjoyed about the act was that Lady Macbeth knew that she could not deal with all that was going on around her and took her life away because it was all a big burden on her.  What really fascinated me was the way Lady Macbeth and Macbeth switched roles in which at the end of the play Lady Macbeth became the weaker one in the realtionship and Macbeth has all of a sudden gained all of the courage to do what he pleased with the help of no one.

Make at least three links that will enrich our understanding of the play (must be related to the act).
Add a short piece of analysis.

Stage IV
Catastrophe refers to the resolution of a tragedy.  What characters are most affected by the catastrophe of Macbeth?
The characters that are most affected by the tragedy of Macbeth are his wife Lady Macbeth who ends up taking her own life, Banquo  who was his best friend was sent to be killed by his friend because of Macbeth's beliefs of the witche's prophecies.  The Macduff family is also affected by the catastrophe of Macbeth, Lady Macduff and her children had nothing to do with the feuds that were going on and were also sent to be killed just for being innocent bystanders of the whole tragedy.
