My neighborhood has gone through many changes.  Some were for the better and some were for the worst.  Somes changes were

safety

not safe to go home because of shottings on the roof of the building i live in.
Police patroling the block every day.
drug deals in the hall way
people run up nd down th fire escape.
the police chasing people across the roof from house to house

My neighborhood isn't the safest in the world.  I've gone through so much it's not even funny.  I know what it's like to be afraid to come home at night.  To have bars and gates on windows and atleast 4 locks on the doors.  Scared to come out because a group of junkies are hanging out in the hallway.
