Finally after the second terrible ordeal Kevin took Karen home. The two sat in his car while Karen tried to get herself together she didn't want her mom to know she was upset. "Well I sure had fun didn’t you??" evin said smiling "Why are you doing this??” she asked still shaking.
"Kristin just doesn't turn me on anymore and you do"
"What if I get pregnant or something???"
"You won't I use a condom every time and even if you do you can always get an abortion.
"I guess I better go" Karen said getting out of the car and quickly running into the house.
"Karen your finally home did practice run late?" Her mother asked sitting on the couch going though some paper work.
"Why didn’t you tell me Kevin was gonna pick me up today??" Karen said sound angry. "Oh I'm sorry I thought I did well it’s not big deal"
"It's a very big fucking deal if he was gonna pick me up you should have at least told me!!!!"
Her mother walked over to her and slapped her across the face "Get upstairs your grounded!!!"
Karen ran up to her room and slammed the door, she sat on her bed holding her stuffed teddy bear that Nathan gave her. She couldn't stop crying, every little thought of what Kevin was doing to her , made her cry even harder. Frustrated she ran to her bathroom and grabbed razor from the medicine cabinet. Karen sat on the floor and slowly slit her wrist but not deep enough to hit a vein. She grabbed some toilet paper and tried to bandage it up. For some reason she clamed down. Karen got up and went back to her room. Squatting down she lifted up the floor board and pulled out her journal. She sat on her bed and began to write down everything that happened that day. Karen knew that she could tell Tracy every single detail so this was the next best thing, and she knew that her secrets would be safe.
