Karen was off to school the very next day. At least the work took her mind off everything. She had cheerleading practice after school which she didn’t want to go to but she did anyway because she didn’t wanna go home. After practice she waited out side the school with Tracy for her mom to pick her up.
“So you didn’t tell Nathan did you?” Tracy asked as they sat one the steps.
“Hell no Nathan would kill him literally” Karen and Nathan have been dating for almost a year she wanted to wait a while before they got serious. “He called yesterday but I just let the machine pick it up”.
“Oh my mom’s here are you sure you don’t want a ride?” Tracy asked standing up. “Yeah my mom is always slow as shit”. Tracy left and soon after that Karen saw Kevin’s car pull up. He got out and walked towards her too scared and shocked she just sat there. “Come on were leaving” He said.
“No were not my mom is suppose to pick me up”
“Didn’t she tell you that I was picking you up today?”
“No”
“Well I am so come-on’ lets go” Kevin said grabbing her arm and dragging her to his car. Karen wanted to scream or do something but she didn’t.
As they drove to the away from the school Karen notice that Kevin wasn’t going to her house. “This isn’t the way to my house” Karen said. Kevin didn’t respond he just kept driving.
“Kevin were are we going?!?!?!”
“Don’t worry about it” He snapped. “Maybe I should jump out” Karen thought to herself. Finally he stopped on a deserted road. There were no other passing cars or anything just tress and shit.
“Why did we stop here??” Karen asked. Instead of answering Kevin quickly leaned over and kissed her. Feeling awful Karen pushed him away. “I don’t know why you try to fight back you know it’s gonna happen” He said. “No...not again” Karen quietly said as she began to cry. She wanted to just get out of the car and run like hell, but there was no point Kevin was stronger, taller , and faster than her and she couldn’t fight back. She just let it happen all over again.
