| I've been a
Julie Andrews fan for as long as I can remember. I was introduced to her work just
like 85% of her fans were: Mary Poppins or The Sound of Music.
But over the years my admiration for Julie grew. Next thing I knew, I not
only had seen every movie she's made, but I owned them! There were books, and
magazine articles, pictures, and recordings, etc. The purpose for my website is not to give you
Julie's biography, or list her films and recordings. I want a site where Julie fans
can come and think, "Oh I felt the same way!", or, "I totally understand
what you mean!". I'm only 21, but when I was growing up there was no
"List" so I had no idea there were other Julie fans out there. I also hope
this site helps people realize they are not alone like I once felt.
My love and admiration for Julie has
toned down. I am no longer a member of the great e-mail list, and haven't been for
quite some time. However, I want to say that I have been there! I know exactly
what it's like to be a Julie Andrews fan! So please, enjoy this site. It's
dedicated to all the Julie fans out there.
